Welcome to the India Clay Oven where we prepare delicious authentic Indian dishes using the Centuries Old Traditional Tandoori clay oven fired up to 1000 degrees. This method of cooking allows us to quickly char roast meats, poultry and seafood. The clay even bakes traditional Nan breads crisp or chewy.
All entrees are individually prepared to your specified taste ... mild, medium or spicy hot. Our chefs will gladly season your meal to your individual taste.
